For the Crust:
- 2 large cucumbers, sliced into rounds
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, tahini, cumin, coriander, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Arrange cucumber slices on a serving platter.
- Spoon a small amount of the spiced yogurt mixture onto each cucumber slice.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
