A classic appetizer made with hard-boiled eggs, mixed with mayonnaise and mustard for a creamy filling.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, then cool and peel.
- Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
- Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon the mixture back into the egg whites.
- Sprinkle with paprika and chill before serving.
Notes
For a spicier version, add hot sauce to the yolk mixture.
