A delicious fusion of tacos and spaghetti made easy in the crockpot.

For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 8 oz spaghetti, broken into thirds
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Transfer the beef to the crockpot and stir in taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, spaghetti, and beef broth.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until spaghetti is tender.
- Stir in shredded cheese and sour cream until well combined.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
