Crockpot Chicken and Gravy

For the Crust:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 packet dry chicken gravy mix
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, dry gravy mix, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken breasts.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until chicken is tender and cooked through.
  5. Shred the chicken slightly with a fork and stir to coat in the gravy before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
