- 1 lb ground beef
- 12 oz rotini pasta
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook rotini according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic; sauté until softened.
- Add ground beef and Cajun seasoning; cook until beef is browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese; simmer for 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Combine sauce with cooked rotini; toss to coat evenly and serve hot.
