Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 12 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook rotini according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic; sauté until softened.
  3. Add ground beef and Cajun seasoning; cook until beef is browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese; simmer for 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
  5. Combine sauce with cooked rotini; toss to coat evenly and serve hot.
