A rich and creamy pasta dish featuring tender chicken and flavorful Boursin cheese.

For the Crust:
- 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 (5.2 oz) package Boursin cheese (garlic & herb flavor)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Reduce heat to medium and add heavy cream, Boursin cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir until cheeses are melted and sauce is smooth.
- Return cooked chicken to the skillet and stir to coat in the sauce. Add cooked pasta and toss until well combined.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
