Irresistible Cranberry Brie Bites

Delicious bite-sized appetizers featuring creamy brie and sweet-tart cranberry sauce wrapped in flaky puff pastry.

For the Crust:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 8 oz brie cheese, rind removed and cubed
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out puff pastry and cut into 24 equal squares. Press each square into a mini muffin tin.
  3. Place a cube of brie in each pastry cup, then top with 1 tsp cranberry sauce and a sprinkle of rosemary.
  4. Brush edges of pastry with egg wash. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Drizzle with honey if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
