For the Crust:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 24 mini pretzel sticks
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until well blended.
- Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1-inch in diameter).
- If using pecans, roll each cheeseball in chopped pecans to coat lightly.
- Insert a mini pretzel stick into each cheeseball bite.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
