For the Crust:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning until well combined.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle diced tomatoes and green onions over the chicken mixture.
- Roll each tortilla tightly into a log and wrap in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Slice each rolled tortilla into 1-inch pinwheels and serve.
