Deliciously cheesy and garlicky roll-ups made with soft bread, melted butter, and a blend of cheeses.

For the Crust:
- 8 slices soft white bread
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, and salt.
- Trim the crusts off the bread slices and flatten them slightly with a rolling pin.
- Brush each bread slice with the garlic butter mixture, then sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
- Roll each slice tightly and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush the tops of the roll-ups with any remaining garlic butter and sprinkle with dried parsley.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy. Serve warm.
