Cheesy Chicken Quesadillas Delight

A delicious and easy-to-make quesadilla filled with tender chicken, melted cheese, and flavorful spices.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1 tsp taco seasoning
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp butter, softened

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, bell peppers, onions, and taco seasoning.
  2. Spread the chicken and cheese mixture evenly over half of each tortilla.
  3. Fold the tortillas in half to cover the filling.
  4. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and lightly butter the outside of each quesadilla.
  5. Cook each quesadilla for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from the skillet, let cool slightly, then cut into wedges and serve warm.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
