For the Crust:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
  • 1 cup uncooked white rice
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cooked chicken, steamed broccoli, uncooked rice, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
