For the Crust:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 cup uncooked white rice
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked chicken, steamed broccoli, uncooked rice, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
