- 1 large head cauliflower
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Trim leaves from cauliflower and slice into 1-inch thick steaks. Arrange on baking sheet. Brush both sides with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Roast for 20 minutes, flip carefully, then top with cheddar and Parmesan. Return to oven for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Garnish with parsley before serving.
