Description

Thick slices of cauliflower roasted to perfection and topped with a golden, cheesy crust. A satisfying vegetarian main that’s both hearty and flavorful.


Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Trim leaves from cauliflower and slice into 1-inch thick steaks. Arrange on baking sheet. Brush both sides with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roast for 20 minutes, flip carefully, then top with cheddar and Parmesan. Return to oven for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Garnish with parsley before serving.
