Caramel Apple Pie Bombs

Delicious bite-sized treats filled with spiced apples and gooey caramel, perfect for fall.

For the Crust:

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup diced apples
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet.
  2. Roll out each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.
  3. Mix diced apples with cinnamon and nutmeg.
  4. Place 1 tbsp apple mixture and 1 tsp caramel sauce in the center of each biscuit circle.
  5. Pinch edges to seal and form a ball.
  6. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Drizzle with extra caramel before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
