For the Crust:
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup diced apples
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet.
- Roll out each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.
- Mix diced apples with cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Place 1 tbsp apple mixture and 1 tsp caramel sauce in the center of each biscuit circle.
- Pinch edges to seal and form a ball.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Drizzle with extra caramel before serving.
