Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  2. Fold in 1/4 cup caramel sauce gently to create swirls—do not overmix.
  3. Toss diced apple with lemon juice to prevent browning, then stir into the dip.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl, drizzle with remaining caramel, and chill for 30 minutes before serving with graham crackers or apple slices.
