  • Author: Chef Mia

Description

Crispy, bite-sized chicken pieces coated in a spicy buffalo garlic sauce, perfect for game day or as a flavorful appetizer.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing for serving

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Dredge chicken pieces in the flour mixture until evenly coated.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry chicken bites in batches for 5-6 minutes, until golden and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together hot sauce, melted butter, minced garlic, and honey.
  4. Toss the fried chicken bites in the buffalo garlic sauce until fully coated. Serve immediately with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
