Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until fully coated.
- Add ranch dressing to the chicken mixture and stir to combine.
- Wash and dry the lettuce leaves, keeping them whole for wrapping.
- Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture onto each lettuce leaf.
- Top with shredded carrots, diced celery, and crumbled blue cheese if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
