For the Crust:

  • 2 heads bok choy, chopped
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add mushrooms and stir fry for 3-4 minutes until softened.
  4. Add bok choy and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes until leaves wilt.
  5. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss to combine.
  6. Cook for 1 more minute then remove from heat.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
