For the Crust:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish and coat evenly with the honey Dijon mixture.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Let rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley if desired before serving.
