For the Crust:
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced green chilies
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Sour cream and salsa for serving
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cheese, green chilies, cumin, chili powder, and garlic powder.
- Divide the filling among the tortillas, fold into burrito shapes, and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with sour cream and salsa.
