- 2 large tomatoes, sliced
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
- Arrange the tomato slices, mozzarella slices, and basil leaves in the center of the pastry, leaving a border around the edges.
- Fold the edges of the pastry over the filling to form a wreath shape, sealing the ends.
- Brush the top with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before drizzling with balsamic glaze and serving.
