For the Crust:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/2 cup apple cider, reduced to 1/4 cup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a donut pan.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, mix reduced apple cider, milk, melted butter, sugars, egg, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed. Spoon batter into donut pan.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool slightly before glazing.
