  • Author: Chef Mia

Description

Delicious bite-sized apple pie treats with a flaky crust and warm cinnamon-spiced apple filling, perfectly cooked in the air fryer.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Crust:

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)
  • 1 cup finely diced apples
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar for topping

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  2. Separate biscuit dough into 8 pieces. Flatten each piece into a 4-inch circle.
  3. Place 1 tbsp apple mixture in center of each dough circle. Gather edges and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
  4. Brush each bomb with melted butter and sprinkle with granulated sugar. Place in air fryer basket in single layer.
  5. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
