- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 2 oz Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 oz vodka (optional, for an extra kick)
- Crushed Oreo cookies for the 'coal' and base
- Mini chocolate chips or sprinkles for eyes, nose, and mouth
- Pretzel sticks for arms
- Half a strawberry for the hat (optional)
Instructions
- Place the two scoops of vanilla ice cream into a bowl or glass.
- Pour the Baileys Irish Cream over the ice cream.
- Add vodka if desired, and let it slightly soften the ice cream.
- Sprinkle crushed Oreos around the base and on top to create a snowy effect.
- Use chocolate chips to create the snowman's face: two eyes, a nose, and a mouth.
- Stick pretzel sticks into the sides for arms.
- Top with a strawberry 'hat' if using.
- Serve immediately with a spoon or straw.
Notes
For a non-alcoholic version, omit the vodka. This cocktail is best enjoyed fresh. Make it fun by customizing the snowman’s face!
