- 2 ounces Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 ounce vodka
- 1 ounce coffee liqueur
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- Ice cubes as needed
Instructions
- In a blender, add the Baileys Irish Cream, vodka, coffee liqueur, and vanilla ice cream.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds.
- Add ice cubes and blend again until the mixture reaches your desired consistency.
- Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings if desired.
Notes
For a non-alcoholic version, substitute the liqueurs with coffee and milk. Best served immediately.
