Instructions

  1. 1️⃣Prepare the glaze:In a small bowl, whisk togetherhoney, soy sauce, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Set aside.
  2. 2️⃣Season the salmon:Pat thesalmon bitesdry with a paper towel and season withsalt and pepper.3️⃣Sear the salmon:Heatolive oilin a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add thesalmon bitesand cook for2-3 minutes per side, until golden and crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.4️⃣Make the glaze:In the same skillet, meltbutter, then add thehoney garlic mixture.
