Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- 1. Wash and prepare all fruits and vegetables as directed.
- 2. Add honeydew melon, cucumber, green apple, and ginger to a juicer.
- 3. Process until fully juiced, stirring if necessary to combine.
- 4. Stir in freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- 5. Pour into glasses over ice (optional).
- 6. Garnish with mint leaves and cucumber slices if desired.
- 7. Serve immediately for best flavor and nutrient retention.
Notes
For a smoother texture, strain the juice through a fine-mesh sieve. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours (shake well before serving).
