Easy slow-cooker meatballs with a sweet chili sauce, perfect for a hassle-free meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  3. Place the meatballs in the crockpot.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar. Pour over the meatballs.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until meatballs are cooked through.
  6. Stir gently before serving.

Notes

Serve with rice or as an appetizer. Adjust sweetness by adding more honey if desired.
