  • 1can (10.75 oz) cream of chicken soup

  • 1/4 tspblack pepper, or to taste
  • 1package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, combine the hash-brown potatoes, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, onions, and black pepper.
  2. Cook on low for 5-6 hours until potatoes are tender.
  3. Stir in softened cream cheese 30 minutes before serving. Cook on low for another 30 minutes, stirring occasionally until creamy.
