- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, beef broth, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch until smooth.
- Place beef strips in the slow cooker and top with sliced peppers and onion.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the beef and vegetables.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until beef is tender.
