Description

This Crockpot Pepper Steak is an easy slow-cooker recipe featuring tender beef strips cooked with bell peppers, onions, and a savory sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef sirloin, cut into strips
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, beef broth, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch until smooth.
  2. Place beef strips in the slow cooker and top with sliced peppers and onion.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the beef and vegetables.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until beef is tender.
  5. Stir well before serving. Season with salt and pepper if needed.
