For the Crust:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup hot honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Transfer chicken to a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked.
- Drizzle hot honey over the chicken and sprinkle with feta cheese. Return to the oven for 2 minutes to melt the cheese slightly.
