- 2 large eggs, beaten

- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
Instructions
- Cut the feta cheese into bite-sized cubes.
- Dredge each cube in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs mixed with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the coated feta cubes until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
