Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 6 slices bacon, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the Brussels sprouts and chopped bacon on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway, until the sprouts are tender and bacon is crispy.
  5. Add minced garlic in the last 5 minutes of cooking for extra flavor.
