Description

A crispy flatbread topped with melted brie, sweet cranberries, toasted walnuts, and a spicy hot honey drizzle for a perfect appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 large flatbread crust
  • 8 ounces brie cheese, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh or dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted
  • 1/4 cup hot honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet and arrange the brie slices evenly on top.
  3. Sprinkle the cranberries and toasted walnuts over the brie.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the brie is melted and bubbly.
  5. Remove from the oven and drizzle with hot honey before serving.

Notes

For a spicier version, use more hot honey; store leftovers in an airtight container.
