Description

A delicious flatbread topped with melted brie, sweet cranberries, crunchy toasted walnuts, and a spicy hot honey drizzle for a perfect appetizer or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 large flatbread or naan bread
  • 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons hot honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Brush the flatbread with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Arrange the brie slices evenly on the flatbread.
  4. Sprinkle the cranberries and toasted walnuts over the brie.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Drizzle with hot honey before serving.

Notes

For a spicier version, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the hot honey. Serve warm for the best texture.
