Description

A crispy flatbread topped with melted brie, sweet cranberries, toasted walnuts, and finished with a spicy hot honey drizzle.


Ingredients

  • 1 large flatbread or pizza dough
  • 200g brie cheese, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted
  • 1/4 cup hot honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
  3. Evenly distribute the sliced brie cheese on top of the flatbread.
  4. Sprinkle the fresh cranberries and toasted walnuts over the cheese.
  5. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the flatbread is crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and drizzle with hot honey before serving.

Notes

For the best results, use fresh cranberries and toast the walnuts in a dry skillet for 3-5 minutes until fragrant. Adjust honey spice level as needed.
