- 1 large flatbread or pizza dough
- 200g brie cheese, sliced
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted
- 1/4 cup hot honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
- Evenly distribute the sliced brie cheese on top of the flatbread.
- Sprinkle the fresh cranberries and toasted walnuts over the cheese.
- Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the flatbread is crispy.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with hot honey before serving.
Notes
For the best results, use fresh cranberries and toast the walnuts in a dry skillet for 3-5 minutes until fragrant. Adjust honey spice level as needed.
