Description

A delicious, crispy chicken breast coated in a parmesan crust and cooked in an air fryer for a healthier alternative to fried chicken.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  2. In a shallow bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs, then coat evenly with the Parmesan mixture.
  4. Place the coated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching.
  5. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.

Notes

For added crispiness, lightly spray the chicken with cooking oil before air frying. Ensure chicken is fully coated for best results.
