- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 large eggs, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- In a shallow bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs, then coat evenly with the Parmesan mixture.
- Place the coated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Notes
For added crispiness, lightly spray the chicken with cooking oil before air frying. Ensure chicken is fully coated for best results.
