- 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1 large banana, preferably frozen
- 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)

- For topping (optional):
- A sprinkle of chia seeds
- A few banana slices
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- 1. Add the peeled and pitted avocado, banana, and almond milk to a blender.
- 2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
- 3. Taste and add honey or maple syrup if additional sweetness is desired, along with vanilla extract. Blend again briefly to combine.
- 4. Pour into a glass and top with chia seeds and banana slices if using.
- 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For a thicker smoothie, use frozen banana. Adjust sweetness based on preference. This smoothie is best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours (stir before drinking).
