Description

A comforting pasta dish featuring tender steak, sweet corn, and a creamy Parmesan sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak strips
  • 8 oz pasta shells
  • 1 cup sweet corn kernels
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add steak strips and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and corn; sauté for 2 minutes.
  4. Pour in cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan until melted and smooth.
  5. Add pasta to the skillet and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
