- 1 lb steak strips
- 8 oz pasta shells
- 1 cup sweet corn kernels
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add steak strips and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add garlic and corn; sauté for 2 minutes.
- Pour in cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan until melted and smooth.
- Add pasta to the skillet and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
