A simple slow-cooked chicken dish with creamy ranch flavors, perfect for busy weeknights.

- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch seasoning mix
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot.
- In a bowl, mix together the ranch seasoning, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crock pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until chicken is tender.
- Shred the chicken with forks and stir to combine with the sauce before serving.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, add a slurry of cornstarch and water during the last 30 minutes of cooking. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
