- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into pieces
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half or milk. Ensure chicken is fully cooked to avoid food safety issues.
