Ingredients

- 250 g pasta
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 250 g mushrooms (sliced)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 0.75 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
Instructions
- Cook pasta until al dente and reserve pasta water.
- Sauté mushrooms in butter and olive oil until golden.
- Add garlic and seasoning, cook briefly.
- Stir in cream and simmer gently.
- Add parmesan and pasta, toss to coat.
