  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Toss the cherry tomatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and roast for about 20 minutes.
  2. While the tomatoes are roasting, slice the chicken breasts horizontally for even cooking. Season with salt, smoked paprika, and Italian seasoning. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for 5 minutes on each side, until golden brown. Remove from the pan and slice thinly.
  3. In the same skillet, add lemon slices, minced garlic, and butter. Cook over low-medium heat for 2-3 minutes until the garlic softens and the lemon releases its juices. Remove from heat.
  4. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add salt and cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet with the lemon butter garlic sauce. Toss well to coat the spaghetti with the sauce.
  5. Remove the lemon slices from the skillet. Top the pasta with the roasted tomatoes and sliced chicken. Divide the Burrata cheese among the plates, allowing the warm pasta to melt the cheese slightly.
