- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook pasta shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing until well combined.
- Stuff each cooked shell with the chicken mixture and place in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the stuffed shells.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
For a spicier version, add extra buffalo sauce. Serve with celery sticks for a classic buffalo flavor.
