Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken breasts and season with salt, pepper, and onion powder. Cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per side.
  3. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Reduce heat and stir in cream cheese and chicken broth until smooth and creamy.
