- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken breasts and season with salt, pepper, and onion powder. Cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Reduce heat and stir in cream cheese and chicken broth until smooth and creamy.
- Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for 10-15 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
