Description

A creamy whipped feta dip topped with sweet-tart cranberries and a spicy hot honey drizzle, perfect for holiday gatherings or appetizers.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes for hot honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine feta cheese, cream cheese, and Greek yogurt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat honey and chili flakes over low heat for 5 minutes to infuse the spice.
  3. Spread the whipped feta mixture onto a serving plate.
  4. Top with fresh cranberries and drizzle with the hot honey mixture.
  5. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately with crackers or bread.

Notes

For a milder version, reduce the chili flakes. This dip can be made ahead and refrigerated for up to 2 days.
