Description

Delicious bite-sized stuffing balls made with cranberries and turkey, perfect for holidays.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 cups bread cubes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sage
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, cranberries, onion, garlic, sage, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add ground turkey and mix well.
  4. Stir in beaten eggs and chicken broth until mixture is moist.
  5. Form into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.

Notes

For a vegetarian version, substitute turkey with mushrooms.
