Delicious bite-sized stuffing balls made with cranberries and turkey, perfect for holidays.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 cups bread cubes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon sage
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, cranberries, onion, garlic, sage, salt, and pepper.
- Add ground turkey and mix well.
- Stir in beaten eggs and chicken broth until mixture is moist.
- Form into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Notes
For a vegetarian version, substitute turkey with mushrooms.
