Ingredients

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, dried cranberries, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, sage, thyme, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown the balls on all sides for about 5 minutes.
- Transfer the balls to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a vegetarian version, substitute ground turkey with plant-based meat alternatives. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
