Ingredients

  • 1 (3-4 pound) turkey breast
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons orange zest
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine cranberries, orange juice, honey, orange zest, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Cook over medium heat until cranberries burst and mixture thickens, about 10 minutes.
  3. Place turkey breast in a roasting pan. Brush with the cranberry glaze.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 1.5 to 2 hours, basting occasionally with more glaze, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

For a crispier skin, broil for the last 5 minutes. Ensure turkey is fully thawed before cooking.
