- 1 (3-4 pound) turkey breast
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons orange zest
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, combine cranberries, orange juice, honey, orange zest, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Cook over medium heat until cranberries burst and mixture thickens, about 10 minutes.
- Place turkey breast in a roasting pan. Brush with the cranberry glaze.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 1.5 to 2 hours, basting occasionally with more glaze, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
For a crispier skin, broil for the last 5 minutes. Ensure turkey is fully thawed before cooking.
