- 1 (3-4 pound) turkey breast, boneless and skinless
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons orange zest
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, combine cranberries, orange juice, honey, orange zest, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Cook over medium heat until cranberries burst and the mixture thickens, about 10 minutes.
- Rub the turkey breast with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Place it in a roasting pan.
- Brush the cranberry orange glaze over the turkey breast.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 1 to 1.5 hours, basting with more glaze every 20 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the turkey rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For a crispier skin, broil the turkey for the last 5 minutes. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
